Sales Innovator helped consolidate internal knowledge, marketing research, and customer research to create a set of personas that we could use for product development.  Something we had not been doing.

When growing very fast and adding new product managers, engineers, marketers, and executives to the team, it is hard to innovate and build features, when you do not have a target persona in mind.  Millions of dollars can be spent on features that will never see the light of day. 

Those who have been in the company for a long time know and understand the customer, but those who are new need to ramp up and the time required to truly understand the customer's pain points, requirements, and desires could take years.

The lack of experience, knowledge, and rapid growth can lead to significant inefficiencies and missed opportunities.

The Solution

Leveraging market research and existing organization knowledge Sales Innovator was able to quickly put together a preliminary set of personas that product and engineering could iterate.  With additional customer research and knowledge exchange from product engagements, we were able to continuously better understand each persona and build better products and marketing strategies.
