We are expanding our network of Inside Sales Representatives to serve our clients remotely and virtually sell their products or services. We target the top 20% of sales professionals who excel in cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement. Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach, to generate leads and drive sales for Sales Innovator's clients in the United States.

  • Actively engage with prospects, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how our client's products or services can solve their challenges.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through consistent lead generation and follow-up activities.

  • Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and perform product or service presentations to interested prospects.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless sales process, provide accurate information, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge to position and differentiate our clients' offerings effectively.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales role.

  • Exceptional English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers effectively.

  • Strong cold calling, email outreach, and social media prospecting skills.

  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

  • Ability to work remotely and independently, managing time and tasks efficiently.

  • Familiarity with sales software, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.

  • Previous experience in the Latin American market or bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus.
