Sales Innovator is thrilled to be partnering with the leader in cloud-based legal technology, expanding its presence in Brazil. Our client, a renowned company specializing in document and email management platforms (GED), is seeking talented and motivated Sales Professionals to join their dedicated sales team in Brazil. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact in the legal and professional services markets by introducing cutting-edge technology to law firms and corporate legal departments.
As a Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in building and growing the customer community in Brazil. Your primary responsibility will be to engage IT directors and managing partners at law firms, presenting the benefits of the GED technology and showcasing its seamless integration with Microsoft Office and other relevant technologies. Your key areas of focus will include:
Conducting targeted outreach to potential clients through cold calling and outbound prospecting.
Setting appointments and initiating conversations to introduce the GED technology to potential customers.
Conducting high-quality demos to showcase the functionalities and benefits of the platform.
Nurturing and generating leads through B2B sales lead generation and account-based sales approaches.
Utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools for research, audience targeting, and lead generation.
Collaborating with our local partner, Goya, to expand the customer base across Brazil.
Leveraging Freshworks CRM for managing customer interactions and sales processes.
Providing excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Our ideal candidate possesses a dynamic blend of sales skills, industry knowledge, and business development expertise. Here's what we're looking for:
3 to 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the legal market or professional services industry.
Demonstrated success in lead generation, appointment setting, and engaging with decision-makers.
Proficiency in conducting cold calls, initiating conversations, and conducting high-conversion demos.
Strong knowledge of the legal technology landscape and the benefits of document and email management platforms.
Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Freshworks CRM, to manage leads and customer interactions.
Highly skilled in audience targeting, account-based sales, and B2B lead generation.
Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Experience in the legal industry and understanding of legal processes are a significant advantage.
The position is based in Brazil. You will work locally, collaborating with the sales team and our partner, Goya, to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
The initial contract will be for six months, with the potential for further extension based on performance and business needs.
