Sales Innovator Vetting Process
We recruit the top 20% of sales talent from all the freelance social networks, universities, and colleges with a sales program, and we are actively looking for freelance talent with job postings. Our vetting process is rigorous and ensures you get the best talent. The full process takes 2-4 weeks to complete.
01. Excellent Track Record
We select candidates based on their previous track record with prior customers. We look at their reviews, number of projects, grades, referrals, and resume experience. We only select candidates who have demonstrated an excellent track record in generating results for their prior clients.
02. In-Depth Skill Review
Once a candidate is selected, we have a one-on-one interview with the candidate to find out their language fluency, commitment and passion for sales, professionalism, and ability to communicate. We also do skills reviews of their sales domain expertise and the tools they use.
03. Test Projects
For every candidate who passes our skills reviews, we give them a test project based on their sales role and observe how well they perform. We look at speed, quality, and adaptability. The test project will test their sales skills and their ability to work with different sales tools. Candidates must do well in their tests to be accepted into our network.
04. Project Excellence
We continue to measure network members' quality based on each project they perform and based on client feedback. Our network is committed to delivering results for the client, and we ensure to keep members in our network that can deliver results.
