In order to allow you to post to your social media platforms, we may ask you to provide your username, account ids, social handle, time zones, and email address.
We may also collect your contact details when you provide them in the context of our customer, vendor, and partner relationships.
Data you make public: We may collect or obtain your Personal Data that you manifestly choose to make public, including via social media (e.g., we may collect information from your social media profile(s), if you make a public post about us).
App data: We may collect or obtain your Personal Data when you download or use any of our Apps.
Site data: We may collect or obtain your Personal Data when you visit any of our Sites or use any features or resources available on or through a Site.
Content and advertising information: If you choose to interact with any third party content or advertising on a Site or in an App, we may receive Personal Data about you from the relevant third party.
Third party information: We may collect or obtain your Personal Data from third parties who provide it to us (e.g., credit reference agencies; law enforcement authorities; etc.).

If you connect your third party social media account to your Sales Innovator account, we may collect certain information stored in your social media account such as:
Sales Innovator may allow you to connect a Facebook page or profile to your Sales Innovator account, in which case we will access certain information from Facebook regarding your account. In particular, we may collect profile image, display name, username / page ID or profile ID, access tokens, sent posts. This includes the content of your post and engagement data (such as click rates, likes, re-shares, impressions, as well as general engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. This data will only be used by Sales Innovator to provide you with the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.
Sales Innovator may allow you to connect a Twitter profile to your Sales Innovator account, in which case we will access certain information from Twitter regarding your account. In particular, we may collect profile image, display name, username / profile ID, access tokens, and sent posts. This includes the content of your post and engagement data (such as click rates, likes, retweets, re-shares, impressions, as well as general engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. This data will only be used by Sales Innovator to provide you with the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.
Sales Innovator may allow you to connect an Instagram profile to your Sales Innovator account, in which case we will access certain information from Instagram regarding your account. In particular, we may collect profile image, display name, username / profile ID, access tokens, and sent posts. This includes the content of your post and engagement data (such as click rates, likes, re-shares, impressions, as well as general engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. This data will only be used by Sales Innovator to provide you with the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.
Sales Innovator may allow you to connect a Pinterest page or profile to your Sales Innovator account, in which case we will access certain information from Pinterest regarding your account. In particular, we may collect profile image, display name, username / profile ID, access tokens, sent posts, and profile boards. This includes the content of your post and engagement data (such as click rates, likes, re-shares, re-pins, impressions, as well as general engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. This data will only be used by Sales Innovator to provide you with the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.
Sales Innovator may allow you to connect a LinkedIn profile to your Sales Innovator account, in which case we will access certain information from LinkedIn regarding your account. In particular, we may collect profile image, display name, username / profile ID, access tokens, and sent posts. This includes the content of your post and engagement data (such as click rates, likes, re-shares, impressions, as well as general engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. This data will only be used by Sales Innovator to provide you with the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.
Sales Innovator may allow you to connect a Google+ page or profile to your Sales Innovator account, in which case we will access certain information from Google regarding your account. In particular, we may collect profile image, display name, username / profile ID, access tokens, and sent posts. This includes the content of your post and engagement data (such as click rates, likes, re-shares, impressions, as well as general engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. This data will only be used by Sales Innovator to provide you with the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.
Additionally, if you connect Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram when utilizing Sales Innovator Reply we may collect: profile image, display name, username / page ID, access tokens, sent or received comment text and sent or received private message text.
Additionally, if you connect Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram when utilizing Sales Innovator Analyze we may collect: profile image, display name, username / handle, access tokens, social accounts insights data and social accounts demographic data, sent tweets, social account’s followers count, social account’s insights data and social account’s audience data.
Sales Innovator application use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google Accounts will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data policy#additional_requirements_for_specific_api_scopes, including the Limited Use requirements.
If you choose to connect a Gmail account to Sales Innovator, we will ask you to grant Sales Innovator application permissions to access your Gmail account. These permissions are necessary to sustain the functionality of our Services, as intended and described in Terms of Service. In particular, we will need to access your inbox folder to detect replies to emails that have been sent via Sales Innovator.
Our servers only store emails that you have sent via Sales Innovator and any responses you have received to those emails so we can detect replies, classify them, and provide access to them in your Sales Innovator account. All data obtained via Gmail API is available in your Sales Innovator account.
Also, we will store your authentication token and account email address. This data will be securely stored to be used by Sales Innovator to provide you with the Services (including but not limited to logging into your account, sending emails via the Sales Innovator platform, accessing emails you sent, and viewing replies you received to this emails). Under no circumstances will this data be voluntarily shared with any third parties; Sales Innovator could only provide this information to legal authorities upon their lawful request. Should you choose to disconnect your Gmail account or decide to close your account, any information from Google that is stored on our servers will be removed permanently.
At Sales Innovator, we do not use data obtained from our customers (from their Google accounts) for advertising purposes; this includes personalized, re-targeted, and interest-based advertising.
Our employees, contractors, and any human, in general, are not allowed to access your personal information, including the data obtained via Google API. We could access user data only after obtaining the user's affirmative agreement. We may need access to the user data to resolve a support issue, provide advice on service usage or provide any other help, requested by the user. Also, we can access such information when/if necessary for a security investigation or comply with applicable laws.

2b. Personal Information Automatically Obtained from Your Interactions with the Service
When you use our Service, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type or the domain from which you are visiting, the web-pages you visit, the search terms you use, and any advertisements on which you click.

Do Not Track
Sales Innovator does not process or respond to web browsers’ “do not track” signals or other similar transmissions that indicate a request to disable online tracking of users who use our Service.

Social Media Platforms
We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to us, including hosting and maintenance, error monitoring, debugging, performance monitoring, billing, customer relationship, database storage and management, and direct marketing campaigns. We may share your Personal Information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these functions and provide such services. Sales Innovator cooperates with government and law enforcement officials or private parties to enforce and comply with the law. Please be aware that, even after you opt out from receiving commercial messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us regarding the Service.

8. DATA TRANSFERS
Individuals Located in the EEA or Switzerland
If you are located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or Switzerland, we will comply with applicable legal requirements for the transfer of Personal Information to countries outside of the EEA or Switzerland. In addition, we may enter into Standard Contractual Clauses issued by the European Commission with our commercial customers where appropriate.
9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Site is not directed to persons under 16. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us at email@example.com. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.

If you have an account with us, we will verify the request by confirming the email address used to make the request is the same as the email address on file for the account. If you do not have an account with us, we will verify the request by sending an email to the email address used to make the request.
The categories of California consumers’ personal information we may collect are listed above in Section (3) (“Categories of Personal Data”).
With reference to section (3) above, we collect the following categories of data from our customers: personal details; demographic information; contact details; consent records; purchase details; payment details; data relating to our Sites and Apps; employer details; content and advertising data; and views and opinions of our customers. If you are a current or former customer submitting a request by email, please provide sufficient information to identify your account, including your email address on file with us. You may be asked to verify your identity by responding to us with the email address on file for the account.
If you are not a current or former customer, we may ask for proof of identity sufficient to show you are the same consumer about whom we have collected personal information that you are requesting to be deleted.
12.3 Right to Opt-Out of the Sale of Personal Information
You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information by a business. Pursuant to California law, because we do not and will not sell your personal information, we do not offer such an opt-out at this time.
12.4 Right to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of a Consumer’s Privacy Rights
You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by the business for the exercise of the privacy rights conferred by the California Consumer Privacy Act.
12.5 Authorized Agent
If you would like to make a request under the California Consumer Privacy Act on behalf of a California consumer who is a current or former customer, please provide an email from the email address we have on file for the customer authorizing the request.
You may also make a request under the California Consumer Privacy Act on behalf of a California consumer if you provide (1) a signed, written permission from the consumer to act on your behalf, and the consumer verifies their own identity directly with us; or (2) proof that the consumer has provided you with power of attorney pursuant to Probate Code sections 4000 to 4465.
We may deny a request from an agent that does not submit proof that they have been authorized by the consumer to act on their behalf.
